Kenneth Kwame Baidoo
(Managing Director, Lead Consultant)
Mr. Baidoo has over 25 years of extensive knowledge and professional skills in the field of building and road construction and has led the team to execute works in the Civil, Building Construction, and Rehabilitation works with well-recognized Institutions and corporate organizations both in the private and public sectors. Notable among them are the University of Ghana, The Ministry of Transport, and some Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies in Ghana. He has been involved in designing, constructing, and overseeing large construction projects.
He possesses strong leadership and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and has developed excellent negotiation and conflict management skills through leading various engagements. With a strong commitment to consistently outstanding performance both as an individual and as a team lead. He has a sound awareness of team dynamics, motivational skills, and a strong commitment to providing superior quality and customer-focused results.
Michael K. Osei-Ababio
(Project Manager)
A practising Civil Engineer. He holds an MSc in Project Management and a BSc in Construction Technology and Management degrees from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He also has an H.N.D in Building Technology from Accra Technical University.
With over 20 years of active practice in construction works in a variety of challenging Leadership and managerial functions, he also has vast experience in project management and project supervision. He has led various teams to construct landmark projects in Accra including the Advantage Building within the Ridge enclave for Enterprise Life Insurance Company Limited and the SSNIT Car Park Building located at the Ministries enclave also in Accra. He has excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. He also has the ability to make balanced independent decisions with an eye for detail.
Mr. Osei-Ababio’s areas of expertise are Project management, Civil engineering works, Quantity surveying, Land surveying, Project supervision, and Project consultancy.
Comfort Adjei Baidoo
(Head of Administration and Business Development)
Comfort is currently a final PhD student at the University of Ghana Business School (Department of Marketing & Entrepreneurship) and a member of Plan International’s Core Assessment Team (CAT) for their Women’s Voice and Leadership Ghana project (WVL). Before then she worked as Advisory Manager at Deon and Noed International. I also worked at CIG Microfinance Limited as Deputy Head of Retail and Branch Operations and GLICO Pension Trustees Ghana Limited as Marketing Coordinator among others. She completed her MBA in Marketing at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) and a BSc Degree in Marketing from Central University College, Ghana. Comfort also holds a Higher National Diploma (H.N.D) from the Accra Technical University.
Her working experiences cut across various industries including Pharmaceuticals, Business Advisory, Civil Society, Pensions, and Microfinance. She possesses key competencies in General Administration, Marketing practices in customer relationship management, customer services, and integrated marketing communication practices and HR practices including Human Resource Development, Performance Management, Workforce Relations, Planning, and HR Operations. Additionally, having strong competencies in proposal writing, developing training content as well as facilitating various training for clients in various industries.
She is a facilitator, trainer, and coach as well as been involved in various Organizational Development Projects. Comfort is a team player and a result-oriented person who is very passionate about her work.
Elvis Senam Gamadeku
(Quantity Surveyor)
Elvis is a Quantity Surveyor with Bay Construction and a member of the Ghana Institute of Surveyors. He holds an Advance Certificate in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and a certificate in Business Management and Administration from the Institute of Commercial Management. (U.K) and a Bachelor of Science in Building Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Elvis has over 15 years of experience in civil and building construction working with the Physical Development and Municipal Services Directorate (PDMSD) University of Ghana as a Quantity Surveyor. As a Senior Assistant Clerk of Works from 2012-2020, he was engaged in the preparation of cost estimates and bills of quantities for projects, project reports, maintenance condition assessment reports for university facilities, works valuations, and payment certificates, supervision and management of projects (on campus and off campus), preparation of tender evaluation reports. Before then he worked with Construction Planners as a Site Engineer.
His experience with projects and in project teams has given him a rich experience in project management. He has good and effective communication that helps to bridge the gap between many of the disciplines that come together to execute any given project. His attention to detail and time management skills aids in completing tasks efficiently and with a high level of detail.
Henry Kofi Amuzu
(Site Engineer)
Henry is a Project Manager at Bay Construction Company Ltd, he is a civil and building construction professional with rich experience in the construction sector. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology and a Construction Technician Course Part 1(CTC 1) from the Accra Technical University.
He has worked as Assistant Site Supervisor for Krane Construction Company where he oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects, whilst ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. Organise logistics, delegate work and keep track of spending. Liaise with clients and construction professionals to arrange schedules and direct activities
He has also worked with Talent Weight System Services as Site Supervisor, also served as a Field & Work Manage for K. D. V Lexicon Ltd and Maintenance Engineer for Weightron Ghana. These roles lead him to supervise the installation of road safety devices on Yamoransah to Takoradi highways including the traffic light installation at Pedu Junction Cape Coast for Ghana Highway Authority, supervise the installation of axle weighing bridges at Tema and Takoradi ports for Ghana Ports and Harbour Authority, supervise the configuration and calibration of axle weighbridge at Newmont Ghana Ahafo Ano site including maintenance of the bridge, supervise the construction of axle load station at Akatsi on the Accra – Afloa road in the Volta region for Ghana Highway Authority, supervise the construction of axle load weighing station for Ghana Bauxite Company at Takoradi site, and also supervise the installation of axle load weighing machine and height detector systems at Tema Motorway for Ghana Highways Authority.
Ebenezer K. Boadi
(Site Supervisor)
Mr. Ebenezer K. Boadi is the Site Supervisor at Bay Construction Company Limited since March, 2012. He has an NVTI Certification from the Tema Technical Institute and a Construction Technician Course (CTC Part1) from the Sunyani Technical University. He is also a practising Architectural draughtsman
His experience and expertise over the period includes Project Supervision, Project management and Civil engineering works. He monitors and supervises all activities at site, schedules and coordinates work to be performed, ensures site construction activities precede within schedule & budget, ensures that the objectives of quality, time, costs, health, safety of the work environment are communicated to the site construction team, followed and met. He prepares project schedule and maintain accurate record-keeping and complete the necessary reporting as required for the project.
Mr. Boadi is a hard-working, passionate individual and is results-oriented.
